Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Summer is the best time to be on the lake, making it our busiest season. To maximize availability, we require 7-day rentals from June through August. If you are fortunate enough to secure one of these coveted weeks and are a good renter, you will be invited to rebook the same or another available week before the house is made available for online bookings. Rates vary, with the Fourth of July being the highest. If you cannot manage 7 days, I highly recommend trying early fall when our rates are lower and the length of stay is more flexible. The lake is quiet, the days are warm, and the nights start to cool off. August and September are some of my favorite months on the lake. ;
